Cancellation Policy

The Hive Workshop Policies Registration: Workshops at The Hive require online registration to reserve your spot. Free classes still require registration due to limited space. Cancellations: If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to another guest. There is no fee for canceling a free workshop. Late Arrivals: We begin promptly to respect everyone’s time. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to join quietly or wait until a natural pause so the group isn’t disrupted. Paid Classes: Paid workshops are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date or participant with 24 hours’ notice. If The Hive must cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session. General Notes: Workshops may include tastings, hot equipment, or hands-on demonstrations. Please follow staff instructions for safety and comfort. We love this community and want each class to feel warm, fun, and inspiring — thank you for being part of it.
